TransformingTheChurch's Reservation Events

Attendance at certain events that we will conduct from time to time may have a limited number of attendees who can be served. The demand to participate in an event might exceed our capacity to serve a large-scale audience. 

In these cases, we will provide advanced reservations. 

Users can make their reservation in advance of the event (just like registering for a class or community) and our registrar/bursar system will permission the reservation into the event's reserved community space. When all of the available "seats" have been reserved, no additional reservations will be taken.

On the day of the event, those with reservations simply enter the Reservation Event's community space. Only those with reservations will be allowed into the space and will have full access to the event's media.

It is recommended that reservations should be made in advance for guaranteed access to the Reservation Event.

However, any remaining seats to the Reservation Event will be provided at the time of the event subject to availability and capacity of the event.
